This Privacy Policy explains how Héctor Ulloa, trading as Lambda Studio (“Lambda Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects and uses personal information when you visit lambdastudio.io, purchase a Product, or contact us.

By using the website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

• Order information provided through Lemon Squeezy, such as your name, email address, country, order number, purchased Product, amount, and payment or refund status.
• Information you provide when contacting us, including your name, email address, message, attachments, and order details.
• Basic technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as your IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lambda Studio does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

If — and only if — you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and interactions with the page. Nothing is collected through Google Analytics before you accept. The section “Cookies and analytics” below explains how that choice is stored and how to change it.

Lambda Studio uses Google Analytics to measure how the website is used. Analytics is off until you choose otherwise: we use Google Consent Mode, analytics storage starts denied, and the Google Analytics script is only loaded after you accept.

We do not use advertising cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are set to denied at all times, and we do not use the website for advertising or ad personalization.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key lambda_analytics_consent — it is not stored in a cookie. Once you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” control in the footer. It clears the saved preference and shows the consent banner again so you can accept or reject.

Our hosting provider and Lemon Squeezy may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, checkout, payment processing, and service operation.
