Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products provided by Héctor Ulloa, trading as Lambda Studio (“Lambda Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our Products are downloadable digital files delivered immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned after they have been accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final, except in the situations described below or when applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase. A refund may be issued if:

• You purchased the same Product more than once.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You cannot access the Product and we are unable to restore delivery.
• The downloaded files are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The Product is materially different from its description.
• A reproducible defect prevents a core advertised feature from working and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or replacement.
• The purchase was unauthorized, subject to verification by Lemon Squeezy.

Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind after accessing or downloading the Product.
• Purchasing the wrong Product after downloading it.
• Lacking the technical knowledge or software required to use the Product.
• Failing to review the product description, live demo, included features, or technical requirements.
• Expecting a feature, integration, or asset that was not included in the product description.
• Problems caused by modifications, third-party services, plugins, packages, or unsupported environments.
• Demo-only or preview-only content that was identified as not included.
• A later discount, promotion, or price change.

Send your request to info@lambdastudio.io and include:

• The email address used for the purchase.
• Your order number.
• The name of the Product.
• The reason for the request.
• Screenshots or error details if you are reporting a technical problem.

When appropriate, we may first offer a corrected file, replacement download, or reasonable solution.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Lemon Squeezy, your payment provider, and your bank.

If a refund is issued, your License for the Product ends. You must stop using the Product and delete all copies under your control.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law provides more favorable rights, those rights will apply.
