These Terms of Service govern your access to lambdastudio.io and your purchase and use of digital products provided by Héctor Ulloa, trading as Lambda Studio (“Lambda Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our Products.

• Lambda Studio sells downloadable website templates and related digital products.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
• Your use of each Product is governed by our License.
• Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
• Product descriptions explain what is included, but we cannot guarantee that every Product will meet every specific requirement or work with every third-party service.
• You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or infringe our intellectual property.
• Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

This summary is provided for convenience. The terms below control if there is any conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Product.

If you access the website or purchase a Product on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and Products complies with the laws applicable to you.

Lambda Studio provides downloadable website templates and related digital products. The applicable product page describes the files, features, pages, technologies, compatibility requirements, and other materials included with each Product.

We aim to keep product descriptions, previews, screenshots, prices, and compatibility information accurate and current. Minor visual differences may occur between a preview and the downloaded Product.

Demo websites and screenshots are provided for illustration. Content or assets identified as demo-only, preview-only, or not included are not part of the purchased Product.

We may update, replace, or discontinue Products at any time. Discontinuing a Product does not terminate the License previously granted for a version you lawfully obtained.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases completed through its checkout. Lambda Studio remains the supplier and licensor of the Product.

Purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

Prices, currencies, taxes, and the final amount payable are displayed during checkout. Prices may change before purchase, but changes will not affect completed orders.

An order is complete only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other information required to process and deliver your order.

We or our payment provider may reject or cancel an order because of a pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or product availability issue. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Products are delivered digitally after successful payment, usually through a download link or order confirmation email provided by Lemon Squeezy.

You should download the Product promptly and keep a secure backup of the files. We do not guarantee that a download link or delivery platform will remain available indefinitely.

If you experience a delivery problem, contact us using the support details provided below and include your order information.

Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the Product or its intellectual property.

Your use of a Product is governed by the Lambda Studio License in effect when you purchase it.

The License explains permitted personal and commercial use, client work, team access, source-code delivery, redistribution restrictions, third-party materials, and termination.

If these Terms conflict with the License regarding how a Product may be used, the License controls that issue.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, the terms applicable to the payment provider, and any mandatory consumer rights.

Because Products are delivered digitally, eligibility may depend on whether the Product has been downloaded, whether it is defective or materially different from its description, and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Support is limited to the scope described on our Support page and the applicable product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, support does not include custom development, design changes, third-party service configuration, general Astro training, or debugging changes unrelated to the original Product.

Updates may be provided while a Product remains actively maintained, but no release schedule, minimum support period, or future compatibility is guaranteed.

You are responsible for reviewing release notes, keeping backups, and testing updates before applying them to a production website.

You may not use the website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or related accounts.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the website.
• Use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information in connection with a purchase or support request.
• Circumvent checkout, delivery, access, or security measures.

We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Lambda Studio, our customers, our providers, or the operation of the service.

The website, Products, source code, designs, text, graphics, branding, logos, demos, and other original materials provided by Lambda Studio are owned by or licensed to Lambda Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights expressly granted under the License, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not use the Lambda Studio name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership without prior written permission.

The website and Products may reference or depend on third-party services, software, libraries, fonts, images, hosting providers, payment processors, or external websites.

Third-party services and materials are governed by their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

Lambda Studio does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, security, availability, or decisions made by third-party providers.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the website, demos, or download services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Temporary or permanent changes to the website do not terminate a License already granted for a Product you lawfully obtained.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express commitments stated on the applicable product page.

We do not guarantee that a Product will meet every specific requirement, remain compatible with every future version of a framework or browser, work with every third-party integration, or produce any particular commercial, performance, accessibility, search-engine, or business result.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a Product is suitable for your project, following its documentation, testing your implementation, maintaining backups, and securing your production environment.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the website or a Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Studio’s total aggregate liability relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without excluding any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally. We will also make a reasonable effort to respond and seek a resolution.

If you are a consumer, the competent jurisdiction will be determined by the mandatory laws applicable to the dispute.

If you are acting for business or professional purposes and no mandatory jurisdiction rule applies, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of [CITY AND PROVINCE], Argentina.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Products, providers, operations, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Terms and License in effect when you complete a purchase will continue to govern that purchase. We will not materially reduce rights already granted without your agreement.

These Terms, together with the applicable License, Refund Policy, product description, and order information, form the agreement governing your purchase and use of a Product.

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
